Client’s Goals

TThe homeowners wanted to modernize their condo with a complete interior renovation that elevated both comfort and style. Their priority was updating the kitchen and bathrooms to create spaces that felt fresh, functional, and tailored to their lifestyle.

They also wanted to reimagine the living room as the heart of the home — adding a fireplace for warmth and atmosphere while updating the design to feel more open and inviting. To increase everyday comfort, they prioritized installing an A/C system, ensuring the condo would stay cool during the summer months.

Overall, their goal was to transform the condo into a modern, comfortable retreat that combined practical upgrades with high-end touches.

Key goals included:

  • Full kitchen renovation for improved function and design

  • Two bathroom renovations with modern finishes and fixtures

  • Living room renovation with a new fireplace as the focal point

  • A/C installation for year-round comfort

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge: Sprinkler Conflicts with New Fireplace and Millwork

The addition of a new fireplace and custom millwork created conflicts with the existing sprinkler layout. Fire code required careful spacing to account for the fireplace’s heat and the new cabinetry.

Solution:

We reconfigured the sprinkler system to meet code while integrating seamlessly with the new design. The result: a safe, compliant system that protects the space without compromising the look of the fireplace and millwork.
