If it’s a fit, we’ll schedule a site visit to review the space, align on goals, and discuss budget and requirements. From there, we’ll provide a detailed estimate and contract through our client portal for your review.

For renovations, we’ll introduce trusted designers and bring in additional experts like engineers as needed. For structural repairs, we’ll work with specialists to ensure safe and lasting solutions. For smaller projects, you can take a hands-on approach, selecting finishes yourself while we handle permits and guide you with a detailed checklist and showroom recommendations.

We’ll build a transparent project budget based on your finalized design and specifications by gathering quotes from trusted trades and suppliers. After reviewing and incorporating your feedback or changes, we’ll finalize the plans, schedule the start date, and prepare every detail to bring your vision to life.

During construction, you’ll stay informed with daily site reports, weekly meetings, a client portal for tracking progress, and transparent bi-weekly invoicing. We’ll handle site preparations and safeguards as needed to ensure a smooth process. At project completion, we’ll conduct a final walk-through, address any questions, and provide manuals and maintenance guides to help you enjoy your renovated space.

We keep you fully informed throughout your renovation with daily site reports (including photos), weekly on-site meetings, and a personalized client portal. The portal centralizes everything—messages, schedules, budgets, drawings, to-dos, and invoices—so you can track progress, make timely decisions, and stay connected without needing to visit the site.

After regular weekly check-ins, the final review is typically seamless. We’ll conduct a final walk-through,
address any last questions, and provide access to manuals and maintenance guides in your client
