Client’s Goals
The client had an aging wood plank patio that required constant sanding and repainting—almost every year. They wanted a long-term solution that would look great year-round while dramatically reducing maintenance. Upgrading to composite decking was the ideal choice: durable, low-maintenance, and consistently sharp in appearance.
In addition to the decking upgrade, the client asked Roka to rebuild the manual wood gate at the rear of the property, improving both functionality and overall curb appeal.
