Vancouver

Vancouver's housing spans a full century: craftsman character homes in Kitsilano and East Van, stately interwar houses on the West Side's wider lots, Vancouver Specials from the '60s through the early '80s with their ready-made ground-floor suites, and the condos and townhouses of Downtown, Yaletown, and False Creek.

Century-Old Construction

The Hidden Cost of

Renovating here means working through everything the decades leave behind: layers of past renovations, lath-and-plaster walls, hidden rot, undersized structure, and materials like asbestos that demand proper handling. That is the work we know best. Most of our Vancouver projects are full home renovations and major kitchen and bathroom remodels in character-era houses, alongside complete condo and townhouse transformations downtown, including an award-finalist townhouse renovation on Homer Street.

Most of the city sits on narrow 33-foot lots, so Vancouver renovations rarely build out. They build up, down, and back instead: basement suites, laneway homes, and rear additions that pull more living space from the same footprint. And the options keep expanding. Under the City's evolving multiplex zoning, a standard lot that once held a single house can now carry several homes. Whichever direction your property takes, we keep the whole project under one contract: permitting, planning, and construction handled by our team, with trusted designers from our network who can work directly through us.
