Project Overview

The client wanted to modernize their space by converting a dated bathtub into a custom walk-in shower—a cleaner look, easier access, and a significant upgrade in everyday usability.

As part of the refresh, flooring was replaced throughout the unit:

tile in the entry, bathroom, and kitchen

engineered hardwood in the living area

carpet in the bedroom

They also wanted to update the kitchen by installing a new countertop and removing the existing two-step eating bar on the peninsula, creating a more open, functional, and contemporary workspace.
