The client was in the process of purchasing a home when their inspector flagged several structural items that needed attention. Their realtor reached out to us to conduct a site visit and provide a clear, realistic estimate for the required repairs.
Our assessment helped the buyers move forward confidently, supporting the successful closing of the deal. After possession, the new homeowners hired Roka to complete the repairs identified in the inspection report, along with a few additional upgrades they wanted to tackle right away.
