Client’s Goals

The client had a pool that couldn’t hold water, even after hiring another company to repair it. The previous repair was failing—peeling away from the pool surface—and during that work, several pool jets were damaged and the pool light stopped functioning. After years of frustration, the pool had essentially become unusable.

The client brought in Roka to restore the pool properly, with the goal of finally having a reliable, long-lasting space their family could enjoy again. Our team sandblasted the existing finish, refurbished the pool, and gave it a new life.

We also rebuilt the pool’s mechanical room, ensuring the full system—from structure to equipment—was brought back to a dependable, functional state.

Ultimately, the client simply wanted a pool they could trust and enjoy for years to come, and Roka delivered exactly that.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge: Identifying the Source of the Leak

With pools, there are multiple potential points of failure—plumbing lines, jets, skimmers, the shell, equipment connections, and more. After the previous contractor’s repair failed and additional components were damaged, it wasn’t clear where the actual leak originated.

Solution:

We took a systematic, step-by-step approach, testing every component and system involved. By isolating each potential source, we were able to accurately pinpoint all leak points and ensure every issue was resolved. This process gave the client confidence that the renewed pool would function exactly as it should—reliably and for years to come.
