Kitsilano Condo Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation
Client's goals
The client wanted to modernize their condo, starting with converting a dated bathtub into a custom walk-in shower: a cleaner look, easier access, and a real upgrade in everyday usability. The refresh carried through the whole unit, with new flooring in every room and a more open, contemporary kitchen.

Overview
Roka Projects refreshed this Kitsilano condo end to end: the dated bathtub became a custom walk-in shower, new flooring went in throughout the unit (tile in the entry, bathroom, and kitchen, engineered hardwood in the living area, carpet in the bedroom), and the kitchen was opened up with a new countertop and the removal of the old two-step eating bar on the peninsula.

Result
The unit feels current from the front door to the bedroom: one cohesive flooring plan instead of a patchwork, a walk-in shower that is easier to use every day, and a kitchen peninsula that works as one open counter instead of a stepped divider.
