Roka Projects completed a full interior renovation of this False Creek condo over six months: a new kitchen, two renovated bathrooms, and a living room rebuilt around a new fireplace with custom millwork. Air conditioning was added for year-round comfort, and the building's sprinkler system was reconfigured to keep the new fireplace and cabinetry fully code-compliant.
