Client’s Goals
The homeowners contacted us after identifying several safety and structural concerns around their home. The most urgent issue was a cracked structural support holding up the carport and patio above, which needed immediate attention to ensure stability. During inspection, it was also discovered that the garage door springs weren’t anchored to solid structure, creating another safety risk that the clients wanted resolved.
In addition to these structural repairs, the homeowners wanted to replace their aging front concrete walkway and rebuild the exterior wood stairs leading down from the patio. Their goal was to restore both safety and long-term durability, while improving the curb appeal and usability of their outdoor spaces.
Key goals included:
Repairing/replacing the cracked structural support for the carport and patio
Correcting improperly anchored garage door springs for safety
Replacing the deteriorating front concrete walkway
Rebuilding the exterior wood stairs from the patio
