North Vancouver Composite Deck Replacement
Client's goals
The client had an aging wood plank patio that demanded constant sanding and repainting almost every year. They wanted a long-term solution that would look great year-round while dramatically cutting the maintenance, and composite decking was the ideal fit: durable, low-maintenance, and consistently sharp.

Overview
Roka Projects replaced the aging wood plank patio of a North Vancouver home with new composite decking, ending the yearly sanding-and-repainting cycle with a surface that stays sharp in every season. The manual wood gate at the rear of the property was rebuilt at the same time, improving both function and curb appeal.
